Can anyone recommend a good place to buy minerals and pigments for home-made makeup?

I'm thinking of learning to make my own home-made mineral make-up. I've seen some good videos on youtube, but they seem to all be in the USA so the websites they recommend are USA ones. I don't really want to pay the extra for shipping so are there any good UK companies that you can buy e.g a starter kit from so you can try making a few foundations and eyeshadows etc that aren't too expenive? I'm thinking no more than �20 depending on what's in the kit?
