Can i use my red lipstick as eyeshadow?

My lipstick isnt long lasting and is also by Revlon. It is really hard for me to find a RED RED pigmented eyeshadow color. I thought maybe i could just apply my lipstick as my eyeshadow. But i dont know if there will be any harshness or something will happen to my skin. HELP!?
