Do you think the Apple Cider Vinegar mole removal remedy will work for me?

Okay, so I have the OBNOXIOUS flat birthmark on the back of my right leg. I've always hated it. It is like literally a giant square on the back of my calf and I can't even stand to look at it. I have been reading about the Apple Cider Vinegar mole removal and it seems a lot of people have good things to say about it. The mole is really just darkly pigmented and not really raised at all just a tiny bit above the skin. Do you think it might work? And if so, how do I ensure that it doesn't just grow back?
