I have white blotches on my butt cheeks?

I am black (light-skinned) and when i was a baby some stupid doctor put creme on my butt which was too strong and now it has destroyed some of the pigments, leaving white blotches. They have never disappeared and i don't know what to do about it. It's very embarrassing, is there a way to treat it, like dye to match my skin?
