I need to compare 2 solvents and their ability to separate bands on a TLC plate?

One solvent is 70% Ether and 30% Acetone. Solvent number 2 is 70% Ether and 30% Chloroform. These 2 solvents were used on spinach extract to develop a TLC plate.
