Im worried about my medications for LTB, Will I be okay?

Im going to start my treatment for Latent Tuberculosis next week and my doctor said many people decline the treatment because of the side effects. I did some research and I found out the the treatment can cause permanent yellow pigments to eyes/skin, hallucinations, eye sight changes such as color blindness or red and green, ect ect. I have been a healthy boy my whole life, Are these side effects likely to happen or rare instances? Im neverous. Thanks.
