Help with Tool photos?

I'm having some trouble. I've searched the Internet high and low for a photo of one of the members of Tool (I really want to say Maynard, but the memory is fuzzy) wearing these huge goggles on stage, and I think had a mohawk. If I'm not mistaken, it was from the Undertow or AEnima era, but I can't be sure. The picture was really badass, and my friend wants to sketch it, but after two combined hours of Google searches, image searches, and just poking around music/Tool blogs, I can't find it at all. The closest I've found was a picture of Maynard wearing goggles attached to a leather helmet with dreads, but I know it the picture it was only the goggles. Anybody know where I can find this picture?
