Rabbit cancer question?

That does, sadly, sound like a cancer. The only way to tell would be a biopsy at the vets and an x-ray to see how far it has advanced. The blood in her pee and weight loss are not good signs either sadly. Her not being spayed will only fuel the cancer. There's not a whole lot you can do without a vet to hand.
