I've been working out at the gym rigorously for the last few days. However i wasn't feeling like I was gaining any progress because I only experienced little soreness afterwards. Yesterday I decided to do dumbell lunges. I did about two laps with ten pound weights. I was sore afterwards, but today I'm twice as sore. I tried to work out again today but I couldn't. I could hardly walk. Usually my thighs have a lot of cellulite but today i have purple pigments under my skin. Its weird and im in so much pain. Please help.
