What do you make of the party of the people taunting a guy with cerebral palsy in Parliament?

Nothing would surprise when it coming to M.Ps making fools of themselves,they get caught cheating,lying and stealing and still try to lie their way out of it and think they are above the law so should not be tried in court,this face pulling and mocking someone who has overcome so much to achieve what he has achieved does not reflect well on the mature standards of behaviour expected from the honourable members,name and shame them.
