What kind of reasonably priced make up is good for Indian skin?

My complexion is medium wheatish and all the make up I seem to try ends up being pink based, and makes my face look much darker than my neck once I have it on. What are some brands that have yellow pigment and would go great for Indian skin without breaking the bank? Thanks so much!
